Service from the manufacturer

LK Energy (Odesa) services what it manufactures and installs: 0.4–35 kV switchgear, substations, solar plants and energy storage systems. Our service is not "call us when something breaks" but a contract with fixed terms: what we inspect and how often, and how fast we respond.

What the service includes

  • scheduled equipment inspections — to catch minor issues before they escalate into failures;
  • testing of protections and automation by our own certified electrical laboratory, with test reports;
  • diagnostics and repair; spare parts for our own equipment come straight from our factory;
  • handling warranty claims with third-party equipment manufacturers (inverters, panels, batteries);
  • for critical facilities — a contract with a fixed response time (SLA).

How the warranty works

Equipment of our own manufacture carries a factory warranty — the term is stated in the product passport and the contract. Warranty for the works performed (installation, commissioning) is fixed in the contract. Third-party manufacturers' warranties are passed to the customer, and we handle the claims on your behalf.

Who needs the service most

Facilities with backup power

FAQ

Do you service equipment installed by others?
Yes. We start with diagnostics: assess the condition, issue a conclusion and propose a service format.
How fast do you respond to a request?
Under a service contract, response times are fixed (SLA). One-off requests are handled in order of queue — that is why we recommend a contract for critical facilities.
What warranty covers LK Energy equipment?
A factory warranty; the exact term is stated in the product passport and the supply contract. Warranty cases are handled according to the product passport and contract terms — manufacturing and service are in one company, so the issue never bounces between contractors.
Why scheduled maintenance if everything works?
Protections, automation and backup are tested precisely while everything works — so they act in an emergency. Scheduled maintenance usually costs less than emergency repair and downtime.
