LK Energy Group is expanding its sales team — we are looking for a sales manager for solar power plants and energy services.
Responsibilities
- Sale of the company's services: design work in the energy sector, installation of electrical equipment, solar power plants and power consumption systems.
- Attracting new clients (20%) and working with the existing client base and warm leads (80%).
- Active sales: converting a lead into a deal, handling full settlements on the deal.
- Supporting and liaising with the client at every stage of project development and implementation.
- Timely submission of approved reports.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, results-oriented mindset.
- Confident PC skills (MS Office, CRM, 1C).
- Energetic, positive attitude toward people, ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to join the energy industry.
Will be an advantage
- Technical education or technical background.
- Knowledge of the operating principles of solar power plants and power equipment.
- Successful track record of selling complex projects / in the B2B sector.
