Due to the expansion of the LK Energy Group team, we are looking for a procurement manager to ensure sites are supplied with materials, components and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing the company's material needs; supplying sites with materials, components and equipment.
- Sourcing suppliers, negotiating, and agreeing on prices and delivery terms.
- Preparing and following up on purchase requests; monitoring deadlines, volumes and quality.
- Comparing commercial offers, optimizing costs, and controlling the budget.
- Working with primary documentation (invoices, delivery notes, contracts).
- Interacting with site managers, engineers, accounting and the warehouse.
- Monitoring stock levels, participating in inventory counts, and planning procurement.
- Maintaining and updating the supplier and item database; analyzing procurement efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a procurement manager (preferably in energy / construction / installation / manufacturing).
- Understanding of the full-cycle procurement process and logistics.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers.
- Confident PC user: Excel, 1C / UNF or similar systems.
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, responsibility, ability to multitask.
Will be an advantage
- Experience purchasing electrical materials / metal / construction materials.
- Driver's license and own car.
- Experience working with contracts and specifications.
